Check in 3 p.m. – check out 10 a.m.
Deposit of 50% is required to reserve cabin. Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to check in for a full refund, 50% refund for cancellation 29-14 days prior to check in.
Prices are subject to 5.5% state sales tax and 5.5% local room tax.
Each occupant over 4 will be charged $25/person/day with a maximum occupancy of 6. Extra guest other than amount stated in booking not allowed on property without permission.
Basic House Rules
- No smoking permitted in cabin or on screen porch.
- No pets allowed
- No swimming or hunting on property
- No fireworks allowed
- Do not flush any type of wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc. down toilets or dump grease down sink or toilets. It is not good for the septic system.
- Please follow check out instruction before checking out.
- It is appreciated if guests do not wear shoes or boots in the house after coming in from outside.
- If using the washer/dryer, please only use HE detergents. Leave door of washer ajar to dry out.
- Snowmobiles and UTVs must stay in gravel parking area. Please don’t drive them on the lawn or through the woods.
- Please don’t use bath towels or bedding outside of the cabin. We have old towels and beach towels available if needed.
- Guests are responsible for all damages and missing property and any costs incurred due to extraordinary cleaning required. You are expected to leave the property in an orderly condition.
I have read and agree to abide by these rules. I understand that violating the rules may result in eviction with no refund. I understand the cost of extraordinary cleaning, damages and missing items will result in extra charges that I will be responsible for.
